LalBrew® Verdant IPA™ Ale Yeast

$165.00

LalBrew Verdant IPA™ was specially selected in collaboration with Verdant Brewing Co. (UK) for its ability to produce a variety of hop-forward and malty beers. Prominent notes of apricot and undertones of tropical fruit and citrus merge seamlessly with hop aromas.

With medium-high attenuation, LalBrew Verdant IPA™ leaves a soft and balanced malt profile with slightly more body than a typical American IPA yeast strain.

This highly versatile strain is well suited for a variety of beer styles including NEIPA, English IPA, American Pale, English Bitter, Sweet Stout, and Sours.

Why Dry Yeast?

Yeast regularly contains under 7% water while dry brewing. Rigid standards of quality are upheld during processing to refrain from microbial pollution. The exceptional strength of dry yeast takes into account rigorous QC testing to guarantee that under 1 wild yeast cell or bacterium per million cells of yeast is detected while brewing.

When it comes to most strains, 1g of dry yeast includes at least 5 billion suitable cells; however, the figure will shift marginally depending on the batch. Please contact us with any questions.
