Through a relationship with one of the world’s leading wineries, we have access to a supply of high quality used oak barrels ideal for use by breweries, wineries, or distilleries.
These barrels are about 4-10 years old and made of French and American oak. The majority of the barrels have been used for white wine, predominantly Chardonnay, giving them more flexibility for secondary use aging red wine, white wine, craft beer, or spirits.
We also have access to foeders – large oak vessels used by wineries that can hold up to about 5,000 gallons. Craft brewers serious about their barrel aging find them attractive to reduce the amount of barrel handling required, increase the wood-to-beer ratio, and make blending easier.
Minimum orders of 20 apply for our used oak barrels. Please enquire about foeders. If you’re interested in learning more about either vessel, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
